I'm Jeff Falls. I studied film at USC, spent years in finance, built and sold businesses, shot photographs on five continents, and spent a lifetime studying the machinery underneath things: why people believe what they believe, and why they buy what they buy. Ars Minerva is where all of it points at one target. Making small businesses impossible to ignore.
Here's what I know after all that: your customers don't read your website. They feel it, in about two seconds, and then they decide. Most business owners are losing that two seconds to a $500 template or a $50,000 agency, and the tragedy is that both produce the same thing. Beige. Safe, forgettable, dead-on-arrival beige.
I don't do beige. I build brands with a point of view, backed by strategy, design, photography, and the words to carry them, for owners who are done apologizing for how their business looks. No account managers, no decks about synergy, no committee. You talk to me, and I do the work.
If your business has outgrown your cousin's design skills but you're not interested in paying $50K for beige, we should talk.
